We meet in the gym lobby at 3:30 and return for pick up at 5:45

PARENTS: A current physical and liability form is required for any athlete to participate in sports at Lake Highland. All paperwork must be on file and current in the athletic training office at least 24 hours prior to the first day of practice/tryouts before any athlete is eligible to participate or tryout for any team. Our Team Physician Dr. Tom Winters offers sport physicals to Lake Highland athletes at his office 1405 S Orange Ave, Suite 601, Orlando FL 32803. To make an appointment, please contact 407-649-1097.
